Position: Fence Installer

Location: Northern Region of Metro Fort Worth, Primarily Keller area

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Pay Range: $17 - $19 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation of various types of fences such as wood, vinyl, chain link, and more.
• Work alongside experienced fence installers to learn and master the craft of fence installation.
• Prepare work sites, including loading and unloading of materials and equipment, digging holes, mixing concrete, and clearing debris.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional demeanor on job sites.
• Perform maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Assist in measuring and laying out fence lines and ensuring that fences are installed to customer specifications and standards.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by senior fence installers or management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in fence installation or construction is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach various job sites.
